By using Pivot DFS ("Pivot"), you agree to these terms.

What Pivot is

Pivot is a research and lineup-building tool for daily fantasy football. It is for information and entertainment.

Pivot does not take entries, hold money or run contests. Any contests you enter are with the contest operator, under their rules.

No guarantees

Projections, ownership estimates, ratings and lineups are estimates. Real results will differ, sometimes a lot. Pivot does not promise winnings, and you are responsible for your own decisions and entries.

Data such as odds, injuries, weather and salaries comes from outside sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check before a contest locks.

Play responsibly

You must be 18 or older, or the minimum age to play daily fantasy sports where you live if that is higher. Only play where it is legal. Set a budget you can afford to lose.

Not affiliated

Pivot is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DraftKings, the NFL, any NFL team or any data provider. Team and company names are used only to identify them.

Your account

Keep your password private and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse Pivot.

Fair use of the app

Please don't misuse Pivot: no scraping, overloading the service, reverse engineering, or reselling its data or projections.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop Pivot or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Pivot means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

Pivot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pivot and its owner are not liable for any losses, including contest entry fees or lost winnings, that come from using the app or relying on its information.
