Privacy Policy

Pivot DFS ("Pivot") helps you research players and build daily fantasy football lineups. We collect as little as we can.
The short version
- You sign in with your email and a password. That's all we ask for: no name, phone number or payment details.
- No ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- We don't sell or share your data.
- You can delete your account and data from the app at any time.
What we store
Your account. Your email address and your password. We store the password only as a one-way scrambled form (a hash), so no one, including us, can see it. If someone invites you to Pivot, your email is kept on the invite list until you sign up or the invite is removed.
Staying signed in. One cookie keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. It's needed for the app to work, and it isn't used for tracking or ads.
Your setup. Your lineups, builds, locked and excluded players, projection edits and settings for each slate. We save these on our server with your account, so you can pick them up on any device you sign in on.
On your device. The same setup, plus anything you enter only for yourself (like a bankroll amount), is kept in your browser's storage. Bankroll amounts never leave your device.
Phone alerts. If you turn on alerts, your browser gives us a push address so we can send them. We delete it when you turn alerts off or the address stops working.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your name, phone number, contacts, location, photos or payment details. We don't connect to your DraftKings account or see your entries or balance.
Service providers
Pivot runs on Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the app and protect it from abuse. We don't use these to identify you.
Odds, weather, injury and stats data is fetched by our server. None of your information is sent to those sources.

How long we keep it
Your account is kept until you delete it. Your saved setup is removed automatically after 400 days without changes, or right away when you delete your account.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my account and data. This removes your email, password and setup from our server, signs you out and clears Pivot from your device. You can also email support@pivotdfs.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
Age
Pivot is for adults 18 and older (or the minimum age to play daily fantasy sports where you live, if higher). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted in the app.
